This term, we are looking to expand our website team! If you are passionate about the website, want to find out more about how it is run or simply just curious - please consider applying for any of the five roles we are looking for. We are looking for action-driven high school students with innovative new ideas and an investment in this website's mission. We also have many new features coming soon such as an expansion of the monthly inspo and many positions available to help create these new features. There is no limit to how many roles you can apply for, however, we will only give you one position if you are successful. Hence, please submit your responses in order of preference if you are applying for more than one.

A stereo-typical editorial role, preferably someone who is passionate about grammatical 'perfection' and is interested in English. Must be someone who is responsible and sensitive when dealing with confidential anonymous submissions.
- Monitor submissions
- Do grammar/spelling checks on incoming posts
- Communicate with submission writers
- Make sure submissions are inline with the guidelines

Designer:
Someone who has a good eye for design and is invested in the original "aesthetic" of the website (black and white theme etc.). Good knowledge of current events so as to pick appropriate photos to fit the articles. Ideally, someone who will 'dig deeper' into the contexts of each post.

Publicist:
This role needs someone with a clear passion for the website and what it does. Ideally, they would also have a good knowledge of social media and how to use it from a publicity perspective. Alongside running the social media (Instagram) we have already, we need someone who is able to provide new, innovative ideas to help progress our site.

- General advertisement of the site and it's posts
- Helping to organise 'offline' events (physical extensions of the website)

Film Correspondent:
This is a brand new feature of our website! Alongside a monthly music playlist, we are looking for someone with an interest in film who would enjoy researching and watching movies in their spare time. This person would also preferably have an extensive knowledge on different types of movies to make sure that recommendations are inclusive of all genres.

Similarly to the 'Film Correspondent', this role would essential require the same type of person - instead with a passion for reading and literature.
